Thank you so much to everyone who attended our first comedy workshop at The Rondo last month. You all had so much enthusiasm and it led to some truly hilarious scenes! It was wonderful to be back in the theatre again and sharing drama with old and new faces.
We’re happy to announce that we’ve secured the date of our next workshop: Tuesday 1st February. Something to look forward to in the new year (Covid restrictions notwithstanding). And the theme of this workshop is:
Characterisation
We’ll be looking at techniques for getting under the skin of a character, in terms of physicality, backstory and interactions with other characters.
We’re open for ideas on this one, so if you have a favourite character you’d like to discuss, let us know!
